Your daily health guardian.
A continuous, minute-by-minute timeline of how your body responds to every demand of the day — stress, physical activity, and rest. Built on unique stress metrics no other consumer wearable captures, it measures how often your body spikes, how long it stays under stress, and how quickly it returns to balance — so you always know where your load stands and when to adjust your day.
How we compare
Continuous precision.
Deeper insights.
Every dimension of your health, in one place.
Stress, sleep, activity, heart health, feelings, cycle, and more — because each one shapes the others. Every metric is available in real time and over time, so you can spot what’s happening today and catch what’s building before it becomes harder to reverse.
Prolonged stress vibration
When your body has been under stress for an extended period, your watch vibrates gently — a quiet nudge to pause, identify what's driving it, and reset with built-in Check-ins and breathing exercises.
Daily stress load
Based on how long your body stayed under physiological stress, how often it spiked, and how quickly it recovered, Polsen watches give you a daily read of how you're handling daily demands — from High Resilience to High Load or Delayed Recovery.
Cumulative stress duration
Your Overview tracks how much time your body has spent under stress week on week — so you can see whether your load is staying manageable or quietly building over time.
Cumulative stress recovery & frequency
Alongside duration, your Overview shows how your recovery speed and stress frequency are trending — revealing whether your body is getting better at bouncing back, or showing early signs of strain.
